Job Role

We are looking to onboard experienced and retired professionals from Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), particularly from banking, insurance, and financial services, to support the growth of our SME Insurance vertical. The role involves leveraging industry expertise, networks, and advisory capabilities to drive business development and client acquisition.

Location - Kolkata, Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal ( All Areas), Lucknow, Kanpur, UP ( All Areas), Odisha, ( North East), Mumbai ( All Areas), Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize existing PSU network to generate SME insurance business opportunities
- Provide strategic advisory on SME insurance products and market positioning
- Support client acquisition and relationship management
- Guide internal teams with industry insights and risk assessment
- Assist in developing customized insurance solutions for SME clients
- Act as a brand ambassador leveraging qualified credibility





Eligibility Criteria:

- Retired professionals from PSUs (Banking / Insurance / Financial Institutions preferred)
- Minimum 25 years of experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (AGM/DGM/GM level preferred) Experience in credit, risk, SME banking, or insurance marketing
- Strong network within SME/corporate ecosystem
- Good understanding of insurance products (SME Insurance segment)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Background:

- Retired from organizations like SBI, LIC, National Insurance, New India Assurance, etc.
- Experience in credit, risk, SME banking, or insurance underwriting
