About the Role

We're hiring a Program Manager who owns the end-to-end process of scouting, outreach, onboarding to managing the overall experience of the faculty, industry practitioners, and guest speakers for the PGP in Sports Management Gaming. This role is a sports-operations hire first, and a programme-management hire second.

- Someone whos managed sports events, leagues, or fan/community engagement programmes - for instance, an operations-heavy role within an IPL, a sports event agency, or a large-scale sporting event
- Champion across operations such as logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, stakeholder and partner management processes from the planning and execution side of things, not as a player
- Has worked directly with athletes, coaches, league officials, sports veterans and executives in a coordination or operations capacity.

PS: We are not looking for skilled athletes or sportspersonals whose primary experience is playing the sport,



unless they have since moved into a genuine operations or management role within sports.

Specifically, this role will involve

- Faculty/Practitioners scouting, outreaching, contracting, documentation, invoicing, and re-engagements
- Managing multiple stakeholders across Internal academic and programme coordination teams
- Building relationships with sports leagues, franchise houses, and practitioners on an ongoing basis
- Operations and delivery management for sports-industry-facing programme components
- Quality assurance and feedback management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 4-7 years of experience required in managing sports events, community/fan engagement and team operations (eg, with an IPL or sports league franchise, sports marketing agency)
- Prior experience coordinating directly with athletes, coaches, or sports executives is preferred.
- Prior experience with higher education or executive education is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially dealing with high-profile sports personalities and organisations.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and vendor/event management abilities.
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset with comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven sports/event environment.
