Role & responsibilities

1. Formulate procurement strategies that align with production requirements and cost objectives.

2. Secure favorable terms and pricing through effective negotiation with suppliers.

3. Build and sustain solid relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent and reliable performance.

4. Continuously assess supplier performance and address any issues to maintain supply chain reliability.

5. Analyze market conditions and supplier pricing to manage procurement costs effectively and implement cost-saving measures.

6. Ensure optimal inventory levels to balance supply and demand and align purchasing with production schedules.

7. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

8. Identify potential risks in procurement and supplier relationships and implement strategies to mitigate them.

9. Lead and manage the purchasing team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

Qualification- Graduate/ Post Graduate
