Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations for inbound and outbound materials.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor material availability to support uninterrupted production.
- Handle warehouse transactions in SAP/ERP (WM/MM), including GRN and stock movements.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams.
- Manage material handling, storage, dispatch, and warehouse space utilization.
- Lead warehouse staff, monitor KPIs, and drive team performance.
- Implement 5S, Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and audit requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports, analyze inventory data,



and control warehouse operating costs.
- Manage vendor coordination, transportation, and logistics operations.
- Plan warehouse manpower, equipment, and resources based on production schedules.
- Optimize warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Support recent product launches by ensuring timely material readiness.
- Drive warehouse SOP implementation and maintain operational discipline.
