What youll do

Agreements sit at the center of every business relationship, and as enterprises move toward agentic architectures, the agreement lifecycle must evolve alongside them. We are looking for a hands-on innovator who will drive this transformation with our System Integrator (GSI) partners across global markets. As an AI Partner Solution Architect, you will be at the intersection of the Docusign IAM platform and the emerging agentic ecosystem. You will design reference architectures, advise on implementation patterns, and enable GSI partners to deliver agreement-native agentic solutions to joint customers. Working directly with partner practice teams, you will activate them on Docusign IAM, guide them through workflow orchestration frameworks, and shape how partners think about agreements in the agentic era.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Principal Partner Solution Architect.

Responsibility

- Architect and lead hands-on implementation of agentic AI solutions, leveraging agent orchestration frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and AI-assisted development tools to drive partner success

- Design reference architectures that guide partners in integrating Docusign IAM with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, SAP Joule, and Frontier LLMs like Claude, ChatGPT etc

- Develop art of the possible solutions that demonstrate agentic AI capabilities across agreement workflows

- Create reference accelerators and framework blueprints that enable partners to achieve faster time-to-value for IAM implementations

- Lead hands-on technical workshops with SI partners to build deep IAM and agentic AI competency

- Serve as a subject matter expert on Docusign AI capabilities for partner consultants, enabling them to articulate and deliver customer business outcomes

- Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on partner-built solutions to ensure quality and alignment with IAM best practices

- Build and deliver compelling demos showcasing the IAM platforms value across sales plays and industry verticals including but not limited to Financial Services, Healthcare Life Sciences, and Technology





- Assist partners in crafting RFP responses and solution proposals that maximize customer value from IAM investments

- Publish technical thought leadership content including solution briefs, reference architectures, blogs, demo videos etc

- Organize and guide build-a-thons with partners, providing technical direction and architectural oversight to rapidly validate new solution patterns

- Stay ahead of the evolving AI landscape and translate emerging capabilities into practical agreement workflow solutions with Docusign IAM

- Contribute to Docusigns internal AI adoption and help scale best practices across the Partner Solution Architects team

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

- 8+ years of experience in a partner-facing or pre-sales solution architecture role, selling and implementing SaaS solutions

- Hands-on experience designing and developing agentic AI solutions, including agent orchestration frameworks, LLM integrations, multi-agent or tool-calling architectures (e.g., MCP, A2A, or equivalent)

- 3+ years of experience in enterprise agreement, procurement, legal technology, or adjacent business process automation solutions

- Demonstrated ability to define end-to-end solution architectures and enable partner technical teams through design guidance, solution reviews, and quality governance





- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, REST APIs, authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth), and workflow automation

- Experience with programming languages such as Python and TypeScript (or equivalent), along with CLI-based tooling and modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) for building, integrating, and automating AI and enterprise solutions

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment automation using tools such as Azure DevOps Pipelines (or equivalent across AWS/GCP environments)

Preferred

- Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce, SAP Joule, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, ServiceNow Now Assist, or similar

- Strong AI/ML foundation, including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, context design, embeddings/vector search, and agent memory patterns

- Experience designing multi-agent systems, agent workflows, and tool selection strategies for enterprise AI applications

- Experience with AI evaluation, observability, guardrails, and responsible AI practices, including production monitoring and prompt security

- Full-stack development experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, and familiarity with modern AI development workflows

- Proven consulting experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives

- Proficiency in designing and delivering industry-specific AI solution demonstrations across Financial Services, Healthcare Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail, Public Sector, or other enterprise verticals

- Experience creating technical documentation including AI reference architectures, design documents, data flow diagrams, handbooks etc

- Solid communication skills with ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders

- Willingness to travel 25% or more as needed
