We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BAMS, MD Ayurveda Doctor to lead and manage a team of Ayurvedic doctors across multiple clinics. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of improving patient conversion rates by over 50% and driving revenue growth through strategic clinical management.

This role requires effective leadership in clinic operations, team management, and performance enhancement, with a focus on achieving patient conversion and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Ayurvedic doctors, ensuring smooth clinic operations and enhanced patient experiences.
- Develop and implement training modules for doctors and sales staff, focusing on consultation techniques, treatment protocols, and conversion strategies.
- Oversee clinical reporting and maintain consistent performance across clinics.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and devise strategies to improve retention and engagement.
- Set and achieve conversion and revenue targets, continuously optimizing performance metrics.




- Organize and conduct Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and skilled meetups to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Represent the clinic at conferences and seminars, delivering presentations and publishing research in reputable Ayurveda journals.
- Ensure adequate availability and management of Ayurvedic medicines.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline clinic operations and performance reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:
- BAMS, MD (Ayurveda) with 5-10 years of experience in a corporate clinic environment.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team management and performance improvement.
- Proficiency in patient consultation, treatment planning, and conversion optimization.
- Experience in training, CMEs, and business development activities.
