Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong foundation in Audit who has successfully transitioned into a technology and AI-focused role, driving the development of AI-powered Audit products and Generative AI solutions.

This is a unique opportunity for candidates who understand the audit lifecycle and can leverage emerging technologies to transform audit processes, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine deep audit domain expertise with product thinking, AI innovation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of AI and Generative AI solutions for audit transformation.
- Design and build innovative products that improve audit efficiency, automate procedures, enhance risk assessment, and deliver business value.
- Collaborate with Audit SMEs, Product Owners, Architects, and Technology teams to define product strategy and roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and evaluate emerging AI capabilities for audit use cases.
- Define quality standards and governance for AI-enabled audit products.
- Monitor product adoption, gather user feedback, and continuously enhance solutions.
- Mentor and guide teams on audit domain knowledge, product management,



and AI-driven innovation.

Must Have

- Strong background in External Audit / Audit Delivery with experience at Manager, Senior Manager, or equivalent level.
- Proven transition from Audit into a Technology, Product, Analytics, or AI-focused role.
- Hands-on experience developing or implementing AI Audit Products, GenAI solutions, or Audit Automation platforms.
- Experience working with Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of audit methodology, risk assessment, controls, and assurance processes.
- Ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification
- Started career in Audit and later moved into Technology/Product roles
- Has led or contributed to AI-enabled Audit solutions, Audit Analytics, or GenAI initiatives
- Robust mix of Audit Domain Knowledge, Product Thinking, and Technology Expertise
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
