- Exposure to AI initiatives, AI adoption frameworks, or enterprise technology transformation programs.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Strong leadership, ownership, and communication skills with experience guiding program teams and driving collaboration across functions.
