- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the CASA (Current Account Savings Account) segment.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products.
- Conduct field visits to meet with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
