- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM, including Core HR and employee lifecycle processes.
- Configure enterprise structures, jobs, positions, grades, assignments, and workforce setup.
- Build and maintain Rapid Formulas, Value Sets, Flexfields, and HCM configurations.
- Support data loading, HCM Extracts, testing, quarterly updates, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to implement and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and Core HR configuration.
- Experience with Fast Formulas, Flexfields, and Value Sets.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM security, roles, or Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, or Oracle HCM data migration.
