- ;Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce

- ;Minimum 2+ years of experience in Salesforce;FSC;Development.

- ;Leading the development scrum team ensuring the doubts/difficulties of dev team members are eliminated.

- ;Provide support to development team in making decision of development strategies like OOTB or Custom code.

- ;Understanding of;technical;architecture document and BRD so that business ask can be met using standards defined by;architect.
