Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to enhance the communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills of our employees. The ideal candidate will design and deliver engaging training programs that help improve employee performance, customer interactions, and overall professional development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver soft skills training programs for employees across various departments.
- Conduct training sessions on communication, customer service, sales etiquette, personality development, presentation skills, teamwork, and workplace professionalism.
- Assess training needs through discussions with department heads and performance feedback.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees to improve workplace behaviour and communication.
- Maintain training records and prepare training reports.
- Coordinate with HR and business teams to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
- Travel to branch locations across Kerala to conduct training sessions whenever required.

Qualifications





- MBA or equivalent qualification.
- Certification in Soft Skills Training or Learning & Development will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 0-5 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, Learning & Development Executive, or a similar role.
- Experience in the retail or service industry is preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong facilitation and coaching abilities.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and deliver interactive training sessions.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.
