Pronto is an early-stage startup disrupting the unorganised sector of domestic help by building a trusted and tech-enabled platform for maid services. Backed by marquee investors and driven by a vision to bring dignity, structure, and consistency to the sector, we are building a one-stop solution for urban households to find reliable, trained, and verified domestic help.

What You will Drive?

- We are looking for a Supply Manager to build and manage the supply of domestic help partners (maids, cleaners, support staff) across hubs. This role is critical for ensuring partner availability, training, and smooth on boarding to support rapid growth.
- Own end-to-end partner sourcing, onboarding, and retention.
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of supply through local networks, agencies, and field sourcing.




- Coordinate with training teams to ensure partners meet service quality and grooming standards.
- Track availability of partners at hubs.
- Resolve partner issues/escalations and maintain strong relations.
- Work closely with Hub Managers and Cluster Managers to plan supply as per demand forecasts.
- What We are looking for ?

- 5-10 years experience in field recruitment, blue-collar workforce management, or last-mile ops.
- Solid networking and sourcing ability in local markets.
- Good communication and people management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic dashboards.
- Highly agile, problem-solving mindset, comfortable with on-ground work.
- Willingness to work in 6-day operational role (field + hub presence).
