We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to promote the company's IT products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Freshers with relevant skills and candidates with up to 2 years of field sales experience are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
- Identify prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Promote the company's IT products and services to corporate and institutional clients.
- Schedule and conduct presentations and demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submission and customer onboarding.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory.





Must-Have Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT products, software solutions, or technology services.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc.).
- Candidates with an IT, Software, or Technology sales background will be preferred.
- Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply.
