What would you do
The Commercial Fulfillment, Loan Booking Deal Setup Analyst is responsible for end-to-end coordination and execution of commercial loan onboarding, documentation verification, and system setup in alignment with credit approval and compliance standardsThis role ensures accurate and timely fulfillment of commercial lending transactions, including loan booking, funding, and post-booking quality checks, to support the smooth execution of lending operations across middle and back-office functionsDevelop and deliver core banking solutions for the applications that process the essential functions of banks, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management and product management.

What are we looking for
1. Commercial Fulfillment DocumentationReview and validate credit approval packages, legal documents, and loan terms prior to setup and booking.Collaborate with relationship managers, credit officers, and legal teams to resolve documentation gaps and discrepancies.2. Deal Setup Data ManagementAccurately input and verify deal structures, loan details, and collateral information into the loan origination and servicing systems (e.g., AFS, Loan IQ, nCino, or equivalent).Validate system entries against legal documentation, term sheets, and credit memos.3.



Loan Booking FundingExecute loan booking activities including drawdowns, renewals, modifications, and payoffs.Validate funding instructions and ensure alignment with treasury and disbursement controls.4. Compliance Quality ControlEnsure all bookings comply with internal policies, credit standards, and regulatory requirements (FDIC, OCC, SOX, etc.).Support internal audits and respond to control testing requests.5.
