Accounting Responsibilities

- Handle accounting entries in Tally accurately and efficiently.
- Process online payments and maintain banking transactions.
- Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices.
- Manage cash flow, petty cash, and payment follow-ups with customers and vendors.
- Maintain general accounting records up to finalization.
- Perform costing, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and MIS reports.
- Conduct stock verification in Tally and perform physical inventory checks.
- Manage warehouse inventory and ensure proper stock control.
- Prepare and handle tenders, quotations, and related documentation.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and vendor ledgers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Internal Audit Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct internal audits across departments to evaluate financial and operational controls.
- Review accounting records, financial statements, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management
- Identify control weaknesses, operational inefficiencies, and potential fraud risks, and recommend corrective actions.




- Perform inventory and warehouse audits, including physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Review cash management, banking transactions, payments, and expense claims.
- Audit procurement, sales, warehouse, and operational processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, observations, and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide the required audit documentation.
- Conduct surprise audits of cash, inventory, warehouses, and branch operations.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Support management in strengthening internal controls and minimizing business risks.
- Travel to branch offices or overseas locations, as required, to conduct audits and operational reviews.

Salary & Perks
Salary: 90,000 95,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
