Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify potential customers for personal loans, business loans, and other financial products through telecalling campaigns.
- Conduct cold calls to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Process loan applications, verify documents, and disburse funds in a timely manner.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in loan sales or related field (telecom industry).
- Solid knowledge of personal loans, business loans, and other types of financing options.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle rejection effectively during telesales calls.
