1. Accounting Configuration & Validation
Configure and validate Odoo Accounting modules including:
o Chart of Accounts
o Taxes (GST / VAT / TDS / Withholding)
o Fiscal positions
o Journals, payment terms, and reconciliation setup
Ensure correct financial reporting such as:
o Balance Sheet
o Profit & Loss
o Cash Flow Statements
Review accounting flows across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Assets to ensure financial accuracy.
2. Client Advisory & Training
Act as the accounting advisor for clients during implementation.
Understand client business processes and map them correctly into Odoo.
Conduct accounting-focused user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Clarify statutory and compliance-related queries during and post-implementation.

Team Guidance & Review
Mentor Functional Consultants and junior team members on accounting best practices.
Review configurations done by the team and provide corrective guidance.
Support pre-sales discussions and solution design when accounting complexity is involved.
4. Quality Assurance & Governance
Ensure accounting setups follow standard accounting principles and statutory compliance.
Identify gaps, risks, or inconsistencies and propose corrective actions.
Support UAT and sign-off from finance stakeholders.
