Job Role: Unit Manager- Internal Audit

Years of Experience: 3 -8 Years

Education: CA Inter and CMA Inter

Job Location: Gummidipoondi, Chennai

Work Timings: 9am to 5pm, 6 days working in Plant

Breakfast and Lunch will be provided

Travel will be given from Ambattur/ Redhills/ Gummidipoondi / Tiruvallur/ Poonamallee

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan to evaluate key business functions, processes, and controls.

2. Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits to identify risks, control gaps, fraud, and areas for improvement.

3. Perform audits such as inventory verification, fixed asset checks, expense reviews, and compliance assessments.

4.



Analyze audit findings, prepare accurate audit reports, and present recommendations to senior management.

5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls, improve processes, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

6. Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

7. Maintain proper audit documentation and ensure all audit activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

8. Support the Chief Internal Auditor in developing long-term audit strategies and driving continuous process improvement across the organization.
