Role & responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery that suits their preferences, occasions, and budget.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively explain features, design, and pricing.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
- Maintain counter displays and visual merchandising standards as per guidelines.
- Handle billing, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
- Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support in-store operations, including stock handling, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in jewellery retail (mandatory).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
