Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for nursery students, incorporating Montessori methods.

- Create a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children.

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assessments.

- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior.

- Develop solid relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in teaching nursery or pre-primary education (Montessori preferred).

- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent qualification required; B.El.Ed also acceptable.

- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices; familiarity with CBSE syllabus an added advantage.
