Manage recruitment and onboarding activities
Handle employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Support employee engagement and grievance handling
Maintain HR documentation and MIS reports.
Required Candidate profile
In-depth knowledge of labour law, HR best practices, & HRIS/ATS systems.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
Excellent verbal communication and written English Skills.
