Job Summary

We are seeking an Functional Consultant to provide application and business process support to clients. The role involves analyzing issues, troubleshooting functional problems, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests while maintaining SLA compliance.

Role & responsibilities

- Interface with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze and create a business and function requirements utilizing an Agile methodology
- Documentation of required information and Data (BRD).
- Recommend changes in product, process and service offering, presents high level benefits of recommendation and explains the rationale for the selection of alternative solutions.




- Oversee user acceptance and functional testing; coordinate UAT testing with QA and Business.
- Demonstrate product and service offerings for customers and end-users.
- Respond professionally in all situations.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes.
- Participate in client meetings and provide status updates on open issues.
- Support UAT and production releases when required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Ability to analyze business requirements and workflows.
- Solid troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, or Remedy.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and analysis.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple critical incidents.
