We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our retail store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, understanding customer needs, recommending suitable eyewear products, and contributing to the store's sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable eyewear, lenses, and accessories.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Assist customers with product selection, frame styling, and basic product information.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
- Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising as per company standards.
- Maintain stock availability and support inventory management activities.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with operational standards.
- Support promotional campaigns and store events to drive sales.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
Eligibility
- 02 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, telecom, electronics, or organized retail will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
