Position: Assistant Manager Fixed Asset Accounting (SAP)

Qualification: CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com
Salary: Up to 50,000 CTC per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Role & Responsibilities

- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) in SAP and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage asset capitalization, asset creation, and asset commissioning in SAP (FI-AA Module).
- Process inter-unit asset transfers, asset retirements, disposals, and write-offs.
- Calculate and review depreciation as per the Companies Act and Ind AS.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
- Perform fixed asset reconciliations and support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Assist in statutory and internal audits by preparing fixed asset schedules and supporting documentation.
- Prepare Fixed Asset MIS reports and management reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for asset verification and capitalization.




- Ensure timely recording of capital expenditure and asset movements in SAP.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: 510 years in Fixed Asset Accounting.
- Qualification: CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Fixed Assets (FI-AA Module preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, Ind AS, Depreciation Accounting, and Statutory Compliance.
- Experience in Asset Capitalization, Asset Transfers, Asset Disposal, and Fixed Asset Reconciliation.
- Valuable analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel will be an added advantage.
