Shift: 8:30 PM 5:30 AM (US PST Timing)

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance Preferred)

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting activities for US clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently finalize books of accounts while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for US clients.
Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions.
Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.
Prepare and post journal entries.
Complete month-end and year-end closing activities.
Finalize books of accounts accurately and within deadlines.
Analyze financial data and make sound accounting decisions.
Prepare financial statements and management reports.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve accounting queries.




Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and company procedures.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3–4 years of hands-on experience in Accounting.
Robust accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to independently make accounting decisions.
Experience in finalizing books of accounts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar ERP systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work in the US night shift (PST).

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with US-based clients.
Knowledge of US GAAP is an added advantage.
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (Preferred).
