Financial Modeling Specialist (Full-Time)

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time (Minimum 40 hours per week)
Time Zone Requirement: Minimum 5-hour overlap with PST working hours

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Financial Modeling professionals to build and review complex financial models used across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Valuation, Risk, and Strategic Finance domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Build end-to-end integrated financial models (IS, BS, CF) from scratch
- Develop valuation models including DCF, Comparable Analysis, and WACC
- Perform forecasting, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis
- Review, validate, and improve existing financial models
- Ensure model accuracy, documentation, and quality standards

Must-Have Skills

- 2 - 12 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Valuation, Corporate Finance, FP&A;, Transaction Advisory, Risk, or related domains
- Proven experience building complete financial models from scratch




- Strong expertise in Three-Statement Modeling, Valuation, DCF, WACC, and Financial Analysis
- Deep understanding of US GAAP
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

- CFA, CPA, CA, MBA Finance, or equivalent
- Experience with financial modeling assessments, training, or case studies
- Exposure to VBA, Python, SQL, or automation tools

This role is not suitable for:

- Pure bookkeeping or accounting profiles
- General finance profiles without advanced financial modeling experience
- Candidates who have only worked on pre-built templates and not developed models from scratch
