Job Title : Senior Product Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Lead to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of scalable SaaS & Marketplace products. The ideal candidate will combine strong product thinking, customer obsession, business acumen, and technical expertise to build world-class digital products.

This role requires deep collaboration with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to define product strategy, improve customer experience, accelerate product adoption, and drive business growth.

The candidate should have strong exposure to cloud technologies, AI-enabled products, modern product ecosystems, enterprise SaaS & Marketplace platforms, and agile product delivery models.

2. Team management.

Product Strategy & Vision

- Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and long-term platform strategy aligned with business goals
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and optimization
- Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and competitive positioning
- Build scalable SaaS & Marketplace offerings with focus on usability, reliability, security, and performance
- Lead product innovation initiatives including AI/ML-enabled capabilities and automation-driven workflows
- Own product metrics, adoption, retention, ARR impact, and customer satisfaction goals

Product Execution & Delivery

- Working with Guides Success Team & customers to understand the needs and driving the roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories
- Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility




- Partner closely with Engineering teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions
- Drive sprint planning, release management, roadmap governance, and cross-functional alignment
- Ensure timely product releases with high quality and operational excellence
- Lead beta programs, feature rollouts, and customer feedback loops
- Execution on JIRA tickets
- Release process and working parallelly with Quality Control Manager for delivering higher product quality

Customer & Market Focus

- Conduct customer interviews, stakeholder workshops, and market research
- Gather insights from enterprise customers to improve product-market fit
- Analyze user behavior, product analytics, churn patterns, and engagement trends
- Define GTM strategy support, pricing inputs, packaging recommendations, and product positioning

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Lead and mentor Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and business priorities
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Present product strategy, roadmap, and performance updates to leadership teams and investors
- Foster a strong product culture focused on innovation, accountability, and customer success

Required Skills & Competencies

Product Management Expertise

- Strong experience in B2B SaaS & Marketplace product management
- Expertise in product roadmap planning and prioritization frameworks
- Strong understanding of SaaS & Marketplace business models, subscription platforms, and recurring revenue metrics
- Experience managing enterprise-grade scalable platforms
- Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and UX-driven product design




- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities

- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on solution design, API integrations, technical feasibility assessments, and product delivery.
- Knowledge of product analytics, customer behavior analysis, conversion funnels, user engagement metrics, and data-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled product capabilities, workflow automation, recommendation systems, and emerging technology trends.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, release management, platform scalability, security, performance, and reliability best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- MBA or Product Management certifications preferred
- 16+ years of experience in Product Management
- Experience in SaaS & Marketplace startups or high-growth technology companies preferred
- Experience handling enterprise or platform-scale products is highly desirable
