Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end post-recruitment HR activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations and be capable of independently handling employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end payroll processing and payroll coordination
- Monthly return filings for Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.)
- Employee engagement initiatives and HR communication
- Employee onboarding and exit management (F&F;, relieving, documentation)
- Leave and attendance management
- Employee relations and grievance handling
- HR documentation, audits, and MIS reporting

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Hands on experience in Employee Engagement.
- Solid knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
- Experience in the Healthcare/BPO/KPO industry will be an added advantage.
