Role Summary:

We are hiring a Middleware Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and enterprise middleware technologies to lead ETL design, development, and platform administration for large-scale data integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and optimize complex ETL mappings, mapplets, and workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
- Lead middleware administration: installation, upgrades, performance tuning, and environment management (Dev/QA/Prod).
- Manage job scheduling and orchestration using tools like Autosys, Control-M, or Tidal.
- Configure and support application servers (WebLogic/WebSphere) and batch/real-time integration flows.
- Review team deliverables, mentor developers, and act as technical escalation point for production issues.
- Collaborate with data architects, QA, and business teams to translate requirements into robust ETL solutions.




- Support MDM-related integrations (Informatica MDM/IDMC, Profisee, or Reltio) if applicable to project scope.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years in ETL/data integration; 3+ years in a lead/architect role.
- Strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter (8.x/9.x/10.x).
- Solid SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with schedulers, application servers, and Unix shell scripting.
- Exposure to Informatica IICS/IDMC, Azure/AWS is a plus.
- Excellent client communication and team leadership abilities.

Valuable to Have:

- Informatica or MDM platform certifications.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and data governance tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview).

Education:

B.Tech/B.E./MCA or equivalent in Computer Science/IT.
