- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the AML/KYC function and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of AML/KYC policiesConduct AML investigations and take corrective action as necessaryStay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure the organization is compliant
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations
- Requirements 13-20 years of experience in AML/KYC, regulatory compliance, or a related field
- Proven experience in team management and leadership




- Robust knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in fraud management, transaction monitoring, and customer due diligence
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvementStrong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
