- Lead, mentor, and manage the Payment Posting team to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of insurance and patient payments.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Review and resolve payment posting exceptions and escalations.
- Perform daily workload allocation and resource planning.
- Analyze payment variances, denials, underpayments, and unapplied cash.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies.
- Conduct quality audits and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
