## What You'll Own

- Set and drive the product roadmap across our full product portfolio
- Talk to users directly; turn real pain points into product decisions, not just requests
- Define the metrics that matter for each product and know whether a decision actually worked
- Write requirements and specs explicit enough that engineering can build without repeated back-and-forth
- Project-manage execution closely track delivery, unblock issues, and rigorously test what comes back before it ships

## What We're Looking For

- 6–9 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally at a startup or fast-moving tech company
- Strong track record owning products end-to-end — discovery through shipped feature through measured impact
- Comfortable managing more than one product surface at once without losing focus or quality on either
- Customer-first mindset — defaults to talking to users, not just reading dashboards
- Excellent communicator — with founders, engineers, and non-technical staff alike
- Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity




- Data-literate — comfortable with dashboards, funnels, product metrics; doesn't need to be technical
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of the product workflow — mocks, prototypes, spec drafting, and similar
- An eye for good UX — you can tell the difference between a feature that's shipped and one that's actually usable, and you push for the latter
- Keeps an eye on the market and competitors — you bring outside perspective into product decisions, not just what users ask for
