Roles and Responsibilities :
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring timely payment to vendors while maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare and send out invoices to customers, tracking payments received.
- Manage GST (Goods and Services Tax) compliance by preparing returns, making payments on time, and maintaining records.
- Ensure TDS (Tax Deduction at Source) deductions are made correctly for all transactions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting role with a focus on invoicing and payment processing.
- Solid knowledge of GST laws and regulations in India.
- Proficiency in preparing invoices using various software systems.
