Role Details: Branch Manager is responsible for managing all Branch activities with strong leadership skills and service orientation. Managing a Profit Centre - with profitability being the key result area through acquisition of regular and high net worth accounts, generating revenue from third party products and managing operational expenses.

Overall Job Description

- Must be well versed with Branch operations/processes.
- Responsible for Branch P & L - revenue & cost
- Handling of the complaints received from customers
- Compliance to all regulatory and auditory requirements
- Set up of branches from their nascent stages to increasing of the book size manifold (For New Branches)
- Concentrated focus on all product lines and products offered by the bank
- Increasing the value proposition of the bank with high-net-worth clientele
- Implementing the best practices in the industry to enhance the customer base
- Driving and achieving challenging targets set by the bank consistently
- Manage entire gamut of business in line with growing organizational needs.
- To conform to processes of the bank and have a high focus on compliance




- To nurture talent and ensure grooming of the team such that they can take up higher responsibilities in future.
- Minimizing the attrition at the branch level.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

EDUCATION

Essential requirement: Graduate / Postgraduate, preferred

exposure to financial subjects

Preferred: Postgraduate in Finance/Commerce

WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential requirement: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the Retail Branch banking as Branch Manager or other team handling role.

Additional Requirements:

- Valid AMFI / IRDA Certifications
