- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
- Exposure to Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse for data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Implement best practices for database design, query optimization, and data security.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support migration of legacy systems to Snowflake and assist in integration with other tools.
Preferred candidate profile
- Robust proficiency in SQL (query writing, optimization, indexing).
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake (data modeling, warehouse management, performance tuning).
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools and concepts (e.g., dbt, Informatica, Talend, or similar).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python preferred) for automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
