1. Assistant Manager Manufacturing & Packing Scheduling
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor manufacturing and packing schedules based on business priorities.
Coordinate with Production, Packing, Warehouse, QA, QC, Engineering, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth execution.
Optimize production and packing line utilization to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Monitor schedule adherence and resolve planning deviations.
Ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing and packing activities.
Prepare production planning MIS reports and support capacity planning.
2. Assistant Manager Inventory Control




Experience: 812 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG) inventory.
Ensure optimum inventory levels to support uninterrupted production.
Monitor inventory accuracy through reconciliation and cycle counts.
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams for material planning.
Analyze inventory trends and minimize excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
Generate inventory reports and support inventory optimization initiatives.
