Role: Accounting Executive- AP
Duration: Full time
Location:100 feet Road, Madhapur

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Take ownership of all accounting functions (GL, AP, AR, journal entries) – focused on AP
•Prepare, send, collect, and reconcile accounts receivable invoices
•Enter, prepare to pay, and reconcile accounts payable invoices
•Research and resolve accounts payable issues
•Assist with expense report and tracking
•Perform AP & AR Reconciliation (Timesheet recon)
•Verify and process Invoices/Bills
•Maintain and produce weekly aging report with update status report to management and notifying accounting management of critical accounts.
•Timely and accurately record customer wire, ACH, and check payments




•Update the company’s billing system for current customer accounts and changes to existing accounts for new products and services
Education: Graduates / Postgraduates in Finance & Accounting Basic Accounting Skills
Accounting Experience:
3-5 years of experience in USA Accounting, AR, AP & GL.
Experience in IT/ ITES Sector would be idea.
Tech Skills:
ERP accounting system, Microsoft Dynamics, Quickbooks
Excel Skills – Intermediate
