Senior Digital Campaign Manager — Reliance Jio | Navi Mumbai

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Digital Campaign Manager to own end-to-end execution, governance, and performance analytics for customer campaigns across Jio's digital engagement channels at a scale

What you will own
End-to-end campaign lifecycle — from requirement gathering and audience segmentation through deployment and post-campaign analysis
Translation of business requirements into precise targeting and segmentation logic across channels: RCS, WhatsApp, SMS, OBD and CleverTap
UAT, approval workflows and implementation readiness across all cross-functional stakeholders
Campaign performance dashboards covering acquisition, engagement, retention, upsell and cross-sell
KPI tracking, root-cause analysis and continuous optimization of campaign effectiveness
Process standardization and execution governance across all campaign activities

What you bring
5–8 years in digital campaign management, CRM operations, or campaign analytics in a high-volume B2C environment
Hands-on experience with platforms like CleverTap,



RCS, WhatsApp Business, SMS or OBD
Deep understanding of customer segmentation, targeting logic and lifecycle stages
Strong analytical and dashboarding skills — you're fluent in translating data into decisions
Proven track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball
Background in Telecom, Fintech, E-commerce, Internet platforms or large-scale B2C organisations preferred
Bachelor's in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business or related field; MBA a plus
