Job title: Manager Career Services and Alumni Relations

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Key Responsibilities
Drive and execute the Career Services strategy to achieve placement and internship targets, including placement rate and average CTC benchmarks.
Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment lifecycle for internships and final placements.
Build and nurture strong relationships with corporates, recruiters, and industry partners to expand placement opportunities.
Collaborate with Deans, faculty, and alumni to identify and unlock new career pathways for students.
Provide hands-on career guidance to students, including resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
Plan and deliver high-impact employer engagement initiatives such as Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs), career fairs, workshops, and networking events.
Track placement progress, analyze trends, and ensure timely achievement of targets.
Gather employer insights and feedback to continuously strengthen Career Services programs.
Maintain and enhance employer and alumni databases to support long-term engagement.
Partner with Associate Directors (ADs) to execute school-specific placement strategies.
Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate accounts, ensuring sustained engagement year-on-year.




Drive outreach and branding initiatives to position Krea University strongly among recruiters.
Ensure accurate MIS, reporting, and adherence to internal processes for all Career Services activities.

Understanding of campus recruitment and placement processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
