What You’ll Do
Install, configure, and maintain software applications used in ophthalmic machines.




Troubleshoot and resolve technical/application issues.
Work closely with IT and development teams to improve application performance.
Train and support end-users on application usage.
Prepare documentation and update user manuals.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
