Role: Sales Manager – Luxury Real Estate
We are looking for high-performing real estate sales professionals who are passionate about luxury property sales, client relationship management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and close high-value real estate sales leads through direct sourcing and channel partners
Build and maintain relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, investors, and brokers
Conduct site visits, project presentations, and negotiations to drive closures
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets




Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing insights
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, MIS reports, and forecasts
Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and customer experience teams to enhance the buyer journey

Eligibility & Skills
Minimum 1+ years of real estate sales experience with proven closures (mandatory)
Strong expertise in lead generation, negotiation, and deal conversion
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building ability
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and growth-oriented
