We are hiring experienced Finance professionals for a Lease & Fixed Asset Accounting role with one of the leading global organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) activities.
Manage Lease Accounting transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
Handle Fixed Asset Accounting , including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirements, and asset reconciliations.
Support FP&A; Reporting , including preparation of financial reports, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of open items.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Ensure adherence to internal controls,



accounting policies, and audit requirements.

Mandatory Skills
Solid experience in RTR (Record to Report) .
Hands-on experience in Lease Accounting .
Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting .
Exposure to FP&A; Reporting .
SAP experience is mandatory.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Eligibility
Experience: Relevant experience in RTR, Lease Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, and FP&A; Reporting.
Education: B.Com, BBA, BMS, or any Finance Graduate.
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or candidates currently serving their notice period.
