Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Ahmedabad.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and converting them into long-term customers. You will work closely with the Marketing, Technical, and Business Development teams to understand customer requirements, recommend suitable CPaaS solutions, and contribute to achieving the company's sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and qualify potential leads.




Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable communication solutions.
Present company products and services through calls, online meetings, and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects until closure.
Coordinate with Marketing and Technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful deal execution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support and contribute ideas to improve sales processes.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong lead generation and client relationship management abilities.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple business terms.
Hands-on experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
