Corporate Flyers Private Limited is a leading Corporate & MICE travel management company. We are looking for an experienced Associate Director - MICE Sales to join our team.

Open Position:
Associate Director - MICE Sales (Minimum 15 years plus of experience in MICE Sales).
Location: Mumbai and Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute MICE sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market growth
· Secure recent MICE business from corporate clients, associations.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key MICE clients
· Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
· Manage contracts, invoicing, and payments for MICE bookings




· Lead and mentor MICE sales team; collaborate with Operations and Events teams
· Monitor market trends and participate in MICE trade shows

Requirements:
· Criteria Requirement-
· Education - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Business/Marketing; Master's preferred
· Experience - 15+ years MICE Sales, 5-7 years leadership role
· Skills-Strong negotiation, closing, presentation & communication skills.
· Technical - CRM systems, MS Office proficiency.
