Minimum 15+ years of Experience in Cutting tools or similar products.
Currently working as Regional Sales Manager and willing to work from Bangalore.

Sales Management activities
:Lead and coach Sales Engineers in their sales activities and customers engagemen
tDrive and execute sales action plan to ensure delivery of result
sAccountable to attain Sales Region’s budgeted sales value, volume and/or other financial KPIs and goals from direct and end customers
.Develop Sales Engineers and Application Specialists and ensure they have the right working tools and support to achieve their KPI
sConduct sales calls in conjunction with sales engineers to key customers and high potential deals, and oversee key and strategic customer project
sLiaise and support Sales Market Manager in providing accurate forecasts, budgets and targets for business control reporting
.Implement Sales Area product campaigns, local sales region strategy, competitive action plan in line with Sales Strategy to achieve DPIN goals and objectives
.Keep abreast of customer needs and concerns regarding price, delivery and product offerings to best serve the customer and obtain the most business for DPIN




.Ensure that end-user, customer relations are effectively managed. Maintain active involvement with sales team and customers, particularly valuable relationships and/or with relationships that may be at risk or vulnerable
.Coordinate and secure technical support at customers and ensure that Product & Industry Segment support function is fully used to support sales and customer
sEnsure solid sales efficiency and financial discipline within assigned sales region territory, balancing sales results and managing Administrative and Sales (A&S;) expens

People management activities
:Develop and manage Sales Engineers’ and Application Specialists’ performance and results
.Ensure that any newly hired Sales Engineers are properly on-boarded, trained, motivated, and rewarded
.Establish overall Team budgets and goals and cascade to individual Sales Engineers and Application Specialist, monitor results against these objectives, and provide appropriate feedback
.Coach and provide on the job training and development
