Job Description
Role Purpose
Build a future-ready business development talent pipeline for Evolute Group businesses.
Support growth initiatives across fintech, manufacturing, industrial electronics and digital platforms.
Develop strong customer engagement and relationship management capabilities through structured training and exposure.
Create a pool of techno-commercial professionals capable of driving long-term strategic accounts and business expansion.
Support lead generation, customer outreach and opportunity tracking activities
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, presentations, demonstrations and commercial discussions
Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, business events and industry interactions
Maintain business reports, customer records and follow-up trackers
Support cross-selling and bundling opportunities across multiple Evolute Group businesses

Ideal Candidate Background
Graduate (BE / BTech preferred) with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Business Development in Electronics Components / Semiconductor / Industrial Electrical Manufacturing domain.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in business development, technology solutions and customer engagement
Willingness to travel for meetings, events and business activities
Energetic, ambitious and eager to build a long-term techno-commercial career
