Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance across multiple retail stores.
Achieve business targets and monitor key retail KPIs (Sales, Conversion, ATV, ASP, Footfall, Inventory).
Ensure operational excellence, SOP compliance, and superior customer experience.
Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
Manage inventory, minimize shrinkage, and optimize stock availability.
Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to drive business growth.
Support current store launches, expansion, and strategic retail initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA/Bachelor's degree in Business,



Retail Management, or related field.
10–15 years of experience in multi-store retail operations.
Must have experience in accessories, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail brands.
Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational excellence, and team leadership.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Proficient in retail MIS, sales analytics, and inventory management.
