Receive and review Customer Business Inquiry

- Understand customer requirements, specifications, and project scope.
- Analyse material, labour, overhead, and logistics costs for products or services
- Liaise with procurement and production teams to gather up-to-date pricing and timelines.
- Prepare explicit and competitive quotations based on cost analysis and pricing strategy while complying company policies and profitability standards.
- Format and present quotes professionally, with necessary terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align pricing with market expectations and profitability goals.
- Support in setting up price lists and periodic pricing reviews.
- Assist in negotiation processes when needed.
- Generate regular reports on inquiry conversion rates, quotation turnaround time, and pricing trends.
