Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) to identify their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions.
- Acquire recent HNI clients through direct sales, referrals, and networking to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service, ensuring timely resolution of queries, and offering personalized advice on investment products such as mutual funds, PMS, private banking services.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for other bank's products and services to increase revenue growth.

Job Requirements :

- 1-8 years of experience in HNI client handling or relationship management in BFSI industry.
- Strong understanding of investment products including mutual funds, portfolio management services (PMS), open market operations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective HNI acquisition and retention strategies.
